Let's Talk Starting Out with Essential Oils
It's crucial that, when caring for our family’s well-being, we feel confident in the products we use. Research from the independent Aromatic Plant Research Centre found that 80% of essential oils on the market are adulterated. Recognizing the importance of purity, the founders of doTERRA realized that without regulatory standards, any company could label their oils as 100% pure.
In response, they set their own high standard by creating the CPTG (Certified Pure Tested Grade) trademark, ensuring quality and authenticity.
This commitment to purity is what initially drew us to doTERRA. As a homeopath I was always aware of how powerful the elements are as natural solution. With training in various holistic modalities exploring essential oils felt like a natural step for me. Having had a diagnosis of NHL and refusing treatment it was only natural that I would want to share my wisdom of essential oils.

Let's Talk Sleeping with Essential Oils
When I was dealing with my diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, sleep—or the lack of it—became a significant part of my healing journey. Rather than fighting against insomnia, I chose to connect with my thoughts, feelings, and sensations during those sleepless hours. It was an intuitive process, and although it was often challenging, sleep eventually came. This experience has inspired me to teach others about the different ways to support a stressed mind when sleep is elusive.
During the workshop, we explore not only the challenges that come with lack of sleep but also practical techniques to help. We will discuss some daily rituals to help prepare for sleep, discover the circadian rhythm and how your body has an amazing ability to regulate itself when dusk falls and daylight emerges.
We will also look at the beautiful pure essential oils that support sleep calm the sympathetic nervous system and support the bodies para-sympathetic nervous system. Additionally, we will take you on a relaxing 9D Nidra breathwork journey.
