INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian Head Massage is a traditional massage treatment practised throughout India predominantly by women. 

It was initially restricted to the head and hair but over time was extended to include the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms and face.

It is a safe, simple and non-invasive treatment yet is an extremely effective and powerful treatment renowned for relieving stress, sinus congestion and facial pain and promoting hair and scalp health.

Massaging the scalp stimulates the blood flow to the hair follicles improving the supply of nutrients needed for healthy hair growth and dispelling tension in the muscles of the scalp providing relief from stress-related headaches and eyestrain.

In this workshop, you will experience what it is like to both give and receive a mini Indian Head Massage treatment and how essential oils can enhance the benefits.
