In this workshop, you will learn how to release emotional blockages, eliminate negative beliefs, and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being. Â
EFT is a powerful tool that combines acupressure and psychology to help you overcome emotional challenges and achieve inner harmony. Â
Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to tap into your true power and unlock your full potential along with the benefits of essential oils to enhance your experience.Â
Essential oils offer a variety of benefits and each individual experiences essential oil use in their own way.Â
Since essential oils are so diverse, they can help maintain well-being, seeking alternative benefits, or to meet personal needs.Â
Using essential oils to support a wellness lifestyle has become popular because it allows the user to tailor the experience to their specific wants and needs, rather than settling for a generic solution.Â
Join our workshop today and start your journey towards emotional freedom.
I can't wait to see you all there, love Patsy
What is, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping or psychological acupressure, is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. Advocates believe that tapping specific points on the body can balance the energy system and alleviate pain.Â
Gary Craig, the developer of EFT, suggests that energy disruptions cause negative emotions and pain.
Although still under research, EFT tapping has been employed to help individuals with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Similar to acupuncture, EFT targets meridian points, or energy hotspots, to restore balance to the body’s energy. It is believed that rebalancing this energy can alleviate symptoms caused by negative experiences or emotions.
Rooted in Chinese medicine, meridian points are considered pathways through which energy flows to maintain health. Any imbalance in these pathways can impact disease or sickness. While acupuncture uses needles to stimulate these energy points, EFT uses fingertip tapping.
Proponents assert that tapping helps access the body’s energy and sends signals to the brain's stress control centre. They claim that stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping can reduce stress or negative emotions related to an issue, thereby restoring balance to disrupted energy.
How Do Essential Oils Work?
Essential oils are composed of volatile aromatic compounds that quickly disperse through the air, allowing you to experience their scent almost instantly.Â
To date, over 3,000 types of these compounds have been discovered.Â
These compounds play a crucial role in determining the benefits, aroma, and characteristics of each essential oil.Â
Due to their unique chemical makeup, essential oils can vary significantly from species to species, and even from one plant to another.Â
The delicate balance of aromatic constituents in each essential oil is what makes it unique and provides its specific benefits.
