Steve's 9D Breathwork from anxiety into empowerment

Updated: Aug 9

My father died when I was 17 and my wife died at the age of 28, leaving me with a five-month-old son. This began a lifetime of having moments of debilitating anxiety as I tried to reconcile myself to these traumas.

Plus like most people in business, I have struggled with anxiety, lack of sleep and stress. My mind was constantly in the mode of solving problems trying to manage the pressure of a work-life balance.

At different times I tried meditation, yoga, and many years ago even medication. It was difficult, I would experience times of calm but the anxiety seemed to catch up with me.

Recently when introduced to 9D breathwork although initially I was sceptical I decided to give it a try. After my first journey, I was able to experience a notable shift in how I was thinking and feeling. The first thing that I was aware of was a sense of being energised, no longer stuck and able to achieve the things I previously had felt challenging. I learned to continue to release tension, calm my mind, and embrace a sense of peace. It helped me to slow down, focus inward, and connect with my inner self.

The transformation was gradual but profound. I knew it was different it was powerful, 9D breathwork is more than a breathing technique it is a journey, a guided journey. There are over twenty different journeys to travel on and everyone brings new subtle changes. They have become a daily practice that I want to share with others. Dealing with stress in the workplace or life is difficult and being able to recognise the immediacy of how these journeys can make a difference inspired me to train as a 9D Facilitator.

How Our 9D Breathwork Journeys Can Help You

Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves conscious control of breathing patterns:

  • To influence mental, emotional, and physical states.

  • They guide you through a journey of self-discovery.

  • Enables the letting go of both the emotional and physical pain points.
